Sit with your back straight but relaxed. Place your feet flat on the ground. Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze. Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale. Again—breathe in… and breathe out. Feel the presence of God around you. In you. Holding you. You are in the presence of the One who created you in love." Pause for 30 seconds --- 🧎♂️ Step 1: Who is God? (4–5 minutes) > "Let us begin with this question: Who is God? Imagine standing before the vast ocean. Or looking up into the night sky filled with stars. You feel small—but not insignificant. The God who created all of this… created you. God is not far away. He is close. He breathes with you. He looks at you with delight and calls you by name.
