🕯️ Preparation (2–3 minutes)
Begin in silence.
> "Find a comfortable posture.
Sit with your back straight but relaxed. Place your feet flat on the ground.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.
Again—breathe in… and breathe out.
Feel the presence of God around you. In you. Holding you.
You are in the presence of the One who created you in love."
Pause for 30 seconds

🧎♂️ Step 1: Who is God? (4–5 minutes)
> "Let us begin with this question: Who is God?
Imagine standing before the vast ocean. Or looking up into the night sky filled with stars.
You feel small—but not insignificant.
The God who created all of this… created you.
God is not far away. He is close. He breathes with you.
He looks at you with delight and calls you by name.
God created you… not out of duty… but out of love.
Hear God whispering in your heart:
'I formed you in your mother’s womb. I know you. I love you.' (cf. Jeremiah 1:5)
God is not a distant ruler, but a loving Parent, a faithful Friend, the Ground of all Being."
Pause for 1 minute.
> "Repeat silently in your heart:
'You are my Creator. You are my Lord. You are my Love.'"
Pause for 30 seconds.

👤 Step 2: Who am I? (5–6 minutes)
> "Now ask: Who am I in God’s eyes?
You are not what you do.
You are not your failures or successes.
You are not your possessions or your titles.
You are a beloved child of God.
You are created to praise, reverence, and serve the One who gave you life.
Deep within, your heart knows its home: to rest in God and live for Him."
Pause.
> "Imagine God looking at you now—not with judgment, but with joy.
What do you feel?
What is stirring in your heart?"
Pause for 1 minute.
> "Say quietly:
'I am Yours, O Lord. I am created to love and serve You.'"

⚖️ Step 3: Freedom and Detachment (5–6 minutes)
> "St. Ignatius tells us:
‘We must make ourselves indifferent to all created things... choosing only what leads us to God.’
What does that mean for you?
Are there things, relationships, comforts, or fears that pull you away from God?
Are you attached to your own plans or images of success?
God invites you into freedom.
Not a freedom of doing what you want, but of desiring what God wants."
Pause.
> "Gently, bring to mind one thing that may be holding you back from God.
Name it in silence.
Now place it in God’s hands. Say:
‘Take, Lord, and receive…’"
Pause for 1–2 minutes.

🪔 Step 4: Loving Response (3–4 minutes)
> "God has created you for a purpose:
To love, to serve, to walk with Him.
This is not a burden—it is your deepest joy.
What is God asking of you today?
What is your response to His love?"
Pause.
> "Pray in your heart with St. Ignatius:
> Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty,
my memory, my understanding, and my entire will—
all that I have and possess.
You have given all to me; to You, O Lord, I return it.
All is Yours; dispose of it wholly according to Your will.
Give me only Your love and Your grace—
that is enough for me."
Pause in silence for 1–2 minutes.

🙏 Closing (2–3 minutes)
> "Gently return your attention to your breath.
Breathe in God’s peace.
Slowly, begin to move your fingers, your hands…
And when you are ready, open your eyes.
Sit in silence for a few moments.
Before ending, you may want to offer a word of gratitude to God…
and carry that gratitude into the rest of your day."
